Speedway Gun Club Liability Waiver & Release of Liability
Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in shooting sports and activities at Speedway Gun Club involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, death, property damage, and hearing loss. I understand these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities of Speedway Gun Club, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Speedway Gun Club, its officers, directors, members, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation, including those caused by negligence.
Medical Treatment
I consent to receive emergency medical treatment in the event of injury and agree to be responsible for all associated costs.
Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all Club rules, range regulations, and directions from Range Safety Officers (RSOs). I understand that failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of my membership without refund.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that this agreement is legally binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
